As an elementary teacher and mother of two, Michelle holds a B.A. from UCLA, as well as a CA multiple subject teaching credential and M.Ed. from National University. She has extensive training in teaching kids about mindset and mindfulness, as well as integrating meditation into their daily lives.
She is also a certified Holistic Health Coach and a registered yoga teacher who has taught yoga to adults and children in professional yoga studios, public elementary schools, and for private events. Michelle recently completed teacher training in Transforming Self-Sabotage and Self-Bullying into Self Love: Transforming Negative Self Talk & Self Sacrificing Habits into Self-Compassionate, Self-Empowering Action with Christine Arylo and The Path of Self Love School.
